Part of the Investor in People team contracted to the South African department of Labour to train SA practitioners and undertake formative assessments of pilot organisations in the Republic @ 2002.

In addition to being a registered practitioner with Investor In People Tony is a seasoned professional in  sales and marketing. Tony spent eight years in a direct sales environment rising to senior executive position. This was followed by a move to a blue chip business systems company including international management projects.

Tony has been involved in supplying specialist systems and processes for the healthcare sector, as well as providing marketing, planning and 'quality' projects. Tony has worked in a large cross section of industries, introducing sound commercial practices for organisations both large and small.

Tony is experienced in human resource, business development processes, sales & marketing management.

Tony is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, registered Investor in People assessor and adviser, registered consultant with The Small Business Service (Business Link's approved supplier database).

Regarded by clients as a shrewd and incisive analyst, he quickly assesses the priority needs of an organisation and 'guides' decision makers in formatting strategies and implementing actions to improve performance.
